The Restaurant
Perched directly above the four-tier salt water pool, our restaurant unfolds across three distinct levels of bamboo and earth — each with its own atmosphere, its own view into the jungle canopy, and its own sense of occasion.
The architecture is entirely of this place: grass thatched roofs, bamboo structure, and mud-chocolate painted walls that seem to grow from the forest floor. Dining here is not just a meal — it is an immersion in the landscape.
Three Levels of Dining
Panoramic Views
The highest level of the restaurant commands the most sweeping views of the jungle canopy and the pool below. Open to the forest air on all sides, with the thatched roof overhead filtering the light, this is the ideal setting for a long, unhurried dinner as the evening descends through the trees. Tables here are the most sought-after in the house.
Intimate & Candlelit
The middle tier is the most intimate level of the restaurant — candlelit, sheltered, and perfect for couples and small groups seeking a quieter, more private atmosphere. The bamboo walls and warm lighting create an enclosure that feels both rustic and deeply luxurious.
Open to the Forest
Beyond the restaurant's ground floor, the outdoor dining terrace extends into the jungle itself — open to the sky, surrounded by tropical greenery, and lit by lanterns as the evening draws in. Here the boundary between restaurant and nature dissolves entirely. There is no better place on Ko Chang to dine beneath the stars.
The Kitchen
Our kitchen is built on the finest local ingredients — sourced from Ko Chang's markets, the island's waters, and the surrounding region. The philosophy is simple: let the ingredients speak, and let the technique elevate.
The menu moves between authentic Thai classics — fragrant curries, wok-fired dishes, fresh seafood — and internationally inspired plates that reflect the breadth of our kitchen's training. Every dish is prepared to order, with care and precision.

Drinks
Our bar draws on the tropical abundance around us — fresh coconut, lemongrass, kaffir lime, and local fruits — to create cocktails that are entirely of this place. A carefully curated wine list, cold draught beers, and a full selection of spirits and non-alcoholic drinks complete the offering.
Opening Hours
The outdoor terrace is available for private dining and special occasions. Please speak with our team to arrange.
Reservations
Advance reservations are recommended for dinner, particularly for the upper tier and outdoor terrace. Hotel guests receive priority booking. Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability.
